If you do not agree to abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not become a Subscriber of COMPS-LITE. Please review these terms for any changes at time of renewal. COMPS INC. makes no warranties with respect to this documentation. The COMPS-LITE software or Web site can be used only in accordance with the terms specified in the software license agreement. COMPS INC. assumes no responsibility for errors within the documentation. SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT User must download the required access gate software from the COMPS-LITE website. The access gate must be used to register the specific computer or computers that the program will be accessed from. Each account is allowed up to two computers to be registered simultaneously at any given time. The account holder will have access to the COMPS- LITE website only from the aforementioned registered computers. Additional registration licenses for use on additional machines may be obtained for an additional fee determined by COMPS INC. You may never use another User’s account without permission. When creating and registering your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You must notify COMPS Inc. immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. COMPS Inc. will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account. By creating an account or otherwise registering with this site, you hereby understand and agree that you have established a business relationship between you and COMPS INC., which is the owner of this site. As such, you agree that COMPS INC. may contact you using the information you provided with information and offers of services. You hereby consent to any such communication or phone calls even if your phone number is on any Do Not Call list. The user agrees to enter into a non-refundable one-year subscription and that the assessments and sales reports fulfill their desired needs. All information and software is copyrighted by COMPS INC. and can not be redistributed, sold, or transferred to any other entity than the subscriber without permission from COMPS INC. You are purchasing a subscription for sales data and access to our secured Web site. Be aware that you will no longer have access to sales data, assessment tax records, maps, and any other portion of the software at the end of your subscription. You must print out any sales you wish to maintain for your records. User may not use the Software for abusive purposes, nor may the User incorporate the Software into end-user programs designed to abuse computer resources accessible through any network--local, wide-area, or internet. User will take reasonable precautions to ensure that end-user programs incorporating the Software will not allow network abuses. Abuse includes but is not limited to: systematic collection and use of any data or content, the use of any data spiders, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods, unauthorized data mining, email address harvesting, denial of service attacks, unsolicited commercial bulk email ("spam"), unauthorized computer system incursions, and any actions that intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international laws or regulations. User may not decompile, disassemble, extract or otherwise reverse engineer any of the Software or the License File. User does not have the right to obtain or use any source code for the Software. Unless explicitly permitted by the License File User may not rent, lease or loan the Software, nor use the Software to render time sharing or service bureau services. User will defend COMPS INC.’s copyright on the Software. User may not distribute the License File. COMPS INC. may change or discontinue any portion, feature or content of the Website at any time with or without notice to you. Likewise, COMPS INC. may at any time, with or without notice to you, restrict the use and accessibility of the Website as well as limit the duration and amount of use made of the Website. Any unauthorized use of this Site will terminate the permission or license granted by these Site Terms.
